Students Failed Because Of Poor Reading Habit - Minister

The Minister of State for Education, Mr Nyesom Wike, has identified poor reading culture among students as responsible for the mass failure recorded in the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) and National Examination Council (NECO) results in recent times.
