FUPRE REGISTRAR ANNOUNCES NEW DATE FOR 2012 RESUMPTION AND REGISTRATION

This is to inform the general public and the new and returning students of Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun that the school management has announced the resumption and registration date.

The returning which are the old students and fresh which are the newly admitted students are to note that the 2011/2012 new academic session begins on the 16^th of April, 2012.

In the report, Clearance and Registration will start the same day. If you are a Fresh Student, you are requested to present the following documents at the Academic Affairs Unit for clearance/registration

1. Original copy of GCE O/Level or SSCE or NECO results obtained not later than 31st August 2011 and the appropriate scratch card for verification of results.

2. Original copy of JAMB result.

3. Original Copy of Birth Certification.

4. Two (colored) original copies of admission letter printed from JAMB Website (Admission

5. Evidence of payment of tuition fees for the session

6. Two sets of photocopies of the items in Numbers 1 -5 above;

7. 4 Passport photographs

Further to the request by the students’ union, Senate at its emergency meeting held today 16th March, 2012 graciously postponed resumption for the 2011/2012 academic session to 16th April, 2012.

All students are hereby requested to note that clearance and registration for all students will commence on the same day. Fresh students are directed to take note of the requirements for clearance and registration and comply.
