iv. Possesion of GSM in Examination Hall is PROHIBITED
v. BLIND CANDIDATES WHO REGISTERED ARE TO SIT FOR THE EXAMINATION IN THEIR RESPECTIVE NECO ZONAL/STATE OFFICES ONLY
