Do you know that the Minister of Education, Professor Ruqayattu Rufai has just publicised the 2013 official JAMB CUT OFF MARKS 2013? Yes. This is for real. She said it after she and others important pillars in the Education Sector had a policy meeting In Abuja today.

Many of those that are at the policy meeting with the Minister of Education were mostly the Rectors, Vice Chancellors, Registrars and Administrators of Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education as well as the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board team. They have concluded and decided on the 2013 JAMB CUT OFF MARK that seems to be okay for the admission into the 2013/2014 academic session.
She announced that
150 marks will serves as the JAMB cut-off marks for students seeking admission into polytechnics and colleges of education.
180 marks will be the JAMB CUT OFF MARK 2013 for the Universities located across the federation.
Professor Rufai continued with her announced on the reduction in the cut-off marks for polytechnics and colleges of education. She said it is aimed purposely to encouraging students to seek admission into those educational institutions.
The Minister of Education stressed the need for students to be encouraged to seek admission into polytechnics and colleges of education.
